What is a subvented lease?

Subvented leases are subsidized by automakers (or non captive finance companies).

They are often used to feature models that are in low demand (or to help clear dealer inventories).

One way automakers make these leases more attractive is to offer low lease rates.

Another way is by using an artificially high vehicle residual value. This lowers the depreciation and, as a result, the monthly payment. (Such deals may only be available to customers with top credit scores.)

You do not have to worry about subvented leases if you get my KTL USA At-Home Leasing System. Because we lease any car we desire… getting the most discounts, incentives and rebates. Plus we pay $0 cash down (and even have the dealership deliver the car to our home or office).
